Unless expressly stated in writing, Jamii Furniture Kenya does not provide additional warranties or guarantees beyond what is legally required. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jamii Furniture Kenya, including its directors, employees, and representatives, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the purchase, use, or inability to use any products.
3. Payment Terms
All prices displayed are in Kenya Shillings (KES) and are inclusive of VAT, unless stated otherwise.
3.1 Accepted Payment Methods We accept:
- Visa & MasterCard payments
- Cheques and Banker’s Drafts
3.2 Identity Verification For security purposes and fraud prevention, we may request proof of identity for card transactions.
3.3 Cheque / Banker’s Draft Clearance Deliveries for cheque or banker’s draft payments will only be processed after funds have cleared, which may take up to five (5) working days. All cheques and banker’s drafts must be made payable to: Jamii Furniture Kenya
3.4 Full Payment Requirement Full payment must be completed before delivery can be arranged. Payment on delivery is not accepted. Where billing and delivery addresses differ, customers may be required to provide proof of address to support verification checks.
5. Storage & Reservation Policy
5.1 Reservation of Items Items will only be reserved once a minimum of 50% of the invoice value has been paid.
5.2 Storage Duration Goods can be stored for a maximum of 14 days from the date the customer is notified that items are ready for delivery or collection. Delays beyond 14 days may attract storage and insurance charges of: KES 1,000 per day per order.
5.3 Lay-by Restrictions Lay-by arrangements are not available for: sale promotion items, clearance items, special offer items.
6. Customer Information & Order Tracking
Accurate customer contact details help ensure smooth processing and timely delivery. Incorrect delivery addresses or phone numbers may cause delays.
